Artist Affordable Housing
SPA 12 was passed by the state of California to acknowledge the urgent need for artist affordable housing, and it was passed October 11th 2023. It is incumbent on artists and housing activists to come together finally to accomplish the action of creating affordable housing for artists in all the modalities of cities and in this case, City of Berkeley. Our next step is creating a West Berkeley arts district with borders of Gilman and 67th street. Interested people should come and join us.
